We do not accept returns nor make refunds to our customers for our customized product because these products are tailored specifically for our customers. However, we do accept returns or refund for our non-customized items depending on the situations and conditions.
Please, do not send your items back before reaching out to us first.
We do offer product exchanges for any product that arrived damaged (proof needed). However, product exchange can only made for a non personalized or customized products.
Make sure to provide your correct address so that you can receive your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
If we sent you the wrong item, please e-mail email@example.com with your name, e-mail and Order ID# so we can solve this issue asap.
The customer is responsible of contacting us within 7 days of delivery regarding any issues with their orders such as the item being defective or broken. We may always replace the item free of charge in case it's received in a defective condition.
